Updates to Required 2FA for Users

We've temporarily reverted the change forcing all users with the 'View Sensitive Information' to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

We've adjusted this security update and will be gradually releasing it soon.

A summary of the planned update is below:

Users with access to Tanda Payroll will be forced to apply 2FA before using the Tanda.
Users with the 'View Sensitive Information' permission (but without access to Payroll) will only be
asked
to add multi-factor authentication after logging in, and can still use Tanda without it.
Users using Xero for payroll will also be forced to set up 2FA (for those with a permission level of Manager or higher).
Employees and SSO users are not required to set up 2FA.
