Updated Reports Page Design

Our main Reports page (located by clicking on 'Reports' in the top menu) has been updated to make it more user-friendly to navigate and therefore easier to locate the most suitable report.
Key improvements include:  
A filter menu has been added on the left to make it easier to identify the available reporting categories.
The overall design and UI has been upgraded to be more intuitive and user-friendly. 
A short description of each report has been added.  
A live search field has been added to make it easier to search for reports.
Our new AI report-finder lives at the top of the page under the 'Find a report with AI' menu.
Please note that existing reporting features, such as the ability to create pinned and custom reports, have been retained in this redesign.
