We have added further roster validations when scheduling shifts on the Tanda mobile app.
Previously, if you scheduled an employee with roster validation errors for a shift and clicked publish, the system created the schedule but did not publish it. Instead, you were redirected to the schedule summary page to view and resolve the validation errors.
With this update, validation errors appear directly on the shift creation form
(Rosters > +Add).
That way, you can either resolve the errors or select a different employee to work that shift before hitting publish. Otherwise, if there are any blocking validation errors (those that appear with the red exclamation point icon), the button at the bottom of the form will say "save draft" instead of "publish shift."
