We have made a slight update to our ‘Max. quantity per week’ Allowance parameters.
Previously, this allowance parameter didn’t apply as expected if your overtime averaging period was longer than one week.
To resolve this, we have added a tick box ‘apply max quantity per week across overtime averaging period.’
For example, if you set your ‘Max. quantity per week’ to 30 hours, ticked this box, and had a two-week overtime averaging period, a maximum quantity of 60 hours (30 x 2) would apply across the averaging period.
To access this allowance rule and configure your own parameters, navigate to
Compliance > Allowances > + New Allowance.
Then, if you select ‘Automatic’ under step 3, the ‘Max. quantity’ parameter appears under advanced options during step 10.
