In the next week, we are updating payslips to display more accurate and relevant employment information, better reflecting an employee’s current pay conditions.
What’s New
- Once live, the Position Titlewill appear under the employee’s name instead of thePosition Template. If no Position Title exists, then it will fall back to using the Position Template.
- The Classificationwill also be shown on payslips when available. For employees without an award, Tanda will still attempt to display a valid Classification value based on applicable tags. For salaried employees or others without a classification, the Classification field will remain hidden.

Note that only payslips following this change will have these updated details, previous payslips will not be changed.
Why is this changing?
Position Templates can often be long and detailed - showing the Position Title instead keeps payslips concise.
Including Classification adds visibility for roles that must display employment conditions, such as visa workers or positions requiring specific award information.
