Timesheets: Re-calculate when a roster is published & new ‘Lock and recalculate’ button 🧮

When changes are made to your roster and re-published, timesheets will be automatically
 re-calculated to reflect the update. Timesheets that have been locked or already exported will not
 be re-calculated.
A new Lock and recalculate all timesheets
 button is also available on the timesheet page, where the timesheets will re-calculate and then lock once completed.
