Following a recent update, you'll now see much clearer ‘Pay Check’ related information about what's preventing you from creating your pay run on the Timesheet export page. For example:
You'll see exactly how many errors need fixing—like "1 error" or "5 warnings"— with a clear differentiation between warning (yellow) and blocking (red) Pay Checks. As always with pay checks, our intention is to prevent bad information from being created in the first place.
Please note:
if there's already a draft pay run for the current pay period, the export button will be disabled, and you'll see a message explaining why you can't proceed until you deal with the existing draft.You’ll notice these changes on the Timesheets > Export page when reviewing timesheets for payroll.
