Tanda Hire: Two Updates

We have recently released two enhancements to the Tanda Hire feature.

Firstly, in-product resume previews are now supported for .docx files, after previously introducing this feature for PDF files.

Additionally, we have added a new option when rejecting an application to 'Send Application Rejected email tomorrow.' This allows users to avoid an awkward situation where they tell an interviewee they'll be in touch, but then immediately send a rejection email, without also having to delay updating the applicant's status. For example:
