You can now
sync your Google Calendar to Tanda
, allowing interviews scheduled in Tanda Hire to automatically appear in your calendar.
When an interview is booked, updated, or cancelled in Tanda, the Google Calendar event updates automatically. Candidates and interviewers are added as attendees in the Google Calendar event, and
the candidate will also receive the calendar invite via email
.You can also choose to include a
Google Meet link
when configuring interviewer availability, allowing interviews to automatically include a video meeting link in the calendar. How to set it up
- Go to Settings > All Settings > Customise & Extend Tanda > Calendar Sync(alternatively, you will be prompted to connect your calendar from the Interviewer Availability page of a job ad).
- Click Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and grant calendar access
Once connected, upcoming interviews will sync automatically.
