Smart Report Filtering (Ask AI)
We’ve updated the
Find a report with AI
feature, allowing you to type a query in plain English, which the AI interprets to find the relevant report and automatically apply relevant filters
.This is also now built into the main search bar. You can still search for reports as normal, but press
Enter
or click Ask AI
to run the query through the AI.Queries can include information like:
- Date ranges
- Teams and locations
- Employees
- Missing data
Some examples include:
- How many staff have started at [Location] in the last 6 months?
- What were the [Team]'s wages and sales last week?
- When did [Employee] join the business?
- Who is missing an employment contract?
- Which employees haven’t clocked their breaks this week?
This makes it faster to get the exact data you need without manually setting filters.
