Shift Swaps: Staff and managers can make 1-to-1 shift swaps

Staff and managers can now initiate a direct 1-to-1 swap which will change shifts between two employees, eliminating the need to manually re-assign shifts.

Should a manager wish to initiate a shift swap between two staff, they may do so within the mobile app.

A staff member can directly swap shifts with a specific team member if manager approval is not required. If approval is required, the employee who requested the shift swap must await confirmation from a manager.
