Shift Replacements: Option for staff to send to a specific employee 🔄

Streamline the shift replacement process by allowing employees to select a specific colleague to cover their shift. 
🗳️ When requesting a replacement, staff can toggle between sending their replacement request to anyone
 or specific team members
⚙️ If the Shift replacements require manager approval
 setting is enabled, the request will still need approval by a manager
👥 If manager approval is not required
, the shift will be replaced as soon as a specified colleague claims it
Enable this feature through Settings > All Settings > Rosters > Shift replacements can be chosen by staff
