Share Custom Reports Across Your Organisation

You can now share custom reports with your organisation, making it easier for teams to work from the same report setup.

Shared reports let admins and managers create a single report configuration that others can reuse, helping maintain consistency across reporting.

Sharing a report only shares its configuration (such as filters, columns, and grouping), it never grants access to additional data.

If someone wants to make changes, they can duplicate the shared report and save it as their own personal custom report, leaving the original unchanged.
