You can now
send offer letters when a candidate reaches the Offered stage
in Hire.
When transitioning a candidate to
Offered
, you’ll have the option to prepare and send an offer letter. You can fill in employment details, review and customise the offer, and send it for signature.

Candidates receive an email to
view and sign their offer letter
, and you can track the status directly from their candidate profile. When you later Hire & Onboard the candidate, any information entered during the offer stage is automatically pre-filled, and a copy of the signed offer letter is saved to their profile.
