We've improved the
customisability of screening questions
in Tanda Hire, with these changes now live to most accounts.Screening questions are now configured in a similar manner to HR Forms. This allows you to have:
- Required/optional questions
- Follow-up questions
- More answer types
- Minimum/maximum answer lengths
Edit your screening questions for each ad under
Edit Job
> Screening Questions
, or set the default questions for future ads under Job Ad Defaults
> Screening Questions
.Larger accounts may not see these changes yet, but they will be rolled out to all accounts soon.
