Salaried Overtime Enhancements

You can now pay and cost overtime on top of a salary more easily using the new Hourly Rate Enhanced
 salary allocation method. 
This method works similarly to the existing hourly rate approach, with improved handling for overtime and payroll alignment.
Requirements
Salaried employees using this method must have both Contracted Weekly Hours and a Salary set in their Pay Conditions.
What’s new
With this method chosen, the hourly rate is derived directly from the employee's pay conditions, rather than from averaging the salary across hours worked in a timesheet.
Hourly rates for loadings, leave, deductions, and allowances are also calculated from salary and CWH.
Salary is prorated when employment starts or ends mid-period.
This is currently available for some organisations before becoming live system-wide.
