Rosters: Validations applying to back-to-back shifts 🔙

For organisations that roster staff back-to-back
 shifts or use task-based
 rostering, roster validations will now consider these shifts as one
 when applying roster warnings. 
The validations now applicable to back-to-back shifts include:
Earliest start time 
Latest finish time
Maximum hours worked including breaks
Maximum shift length
Maximum shifts in a day
Maximum days in a week
Minimum gaps between shifts
Minimum shift length
Note: For shifts to be considered 'back-to-back', the gap in time between the shifts must be less 60 minutes

In this account, the maximum shifts in a day
 value is set to 1
. As the gap between the two shifts is more
 than 60 minutes
, the 3pm to 5pm time is considered a second shift in the day. 
Changing the start time to 2pm means the gap is less than 60 minutes, and the shifts are considered one.
