When a roster has blocking validation errors, you can now
request approval
to publish it anyway, instead of being blocked.
Managers with the right permissions will see a Request Approval option when trying to publish the roster. Once submitted, approvers are notified and can review the affected schedules and validation issues under
Time & Attendance

Roster Publish Requests

If approved, the roster is published and employees receive their shift notifications as normal.
Enable this under
Settings

All Settings

Rosters
>
Roster Validation
and configure who can submit and approve requests via
Manage Approval Processes
