Roster Audit Report: Track Declined & Swapped Shifts

We've improved the Roster Audit Report
 to now show when shifts were declined or swapped with another employee, making it easier to track roster changes.
We've also added Declined
 and Swapped
 to the Action Taken
 filter to find these changes more easily.
