Required Parental Consent Templates

Parental consent templates can now be marked as Required
, ensuring they are always included when onboarding an applicable employee.
When a template is marked required, it is pre-selected in the onboarding flow and cannot be unchecked.
Configure this on the template's Setup tab under Workforce
 > Employee Onboarding 
> Parental Consent Forms
 > Configure Templates
