Require Employee Signature For New Pay Conditions

You can now require employees to sign their contract before new Pay Conditions can take effect. This ensures that any change to an employee’s Employment Condition Set is formally agreed to before it becomes active.

Attach a contract to a new set of Pay Conditions and tick the '
Send contracts to be signed before applying this change
' option. It will remain in the Upcoming Pay Conditions section of the profile until it is signed by the employee, after which it will start applying.
