Record Terminations with Tanda HR

You can now offboard employees with a structured, auditable termination record directly in Tanda. 
This feature is part of a gradual release, so you may not see this in your account yet.
Full Termination
: With the Terminations feature, you can now record the employment end date, reason, payroll cessation code (AU), attach any supporting documents, send a personalised notification email, and generate a termination letter as a PDF. 
Find this under HR > Terminations
. You can also save Terminations as a draft and revisit them later. 
Profile Terminations
: We've updated the regular deactivation process, so you now terminate
 an employee directly from their staff profile, instead of just deactivating. This is applicable to all accounts, not just those with Tanda HR.
 This captures the reason, cessation code, and rehire eligibility, and deactivates the profile.
