Qualification Maximum Hours Validation Update

We’ve updated how maximum hours validations
 work for qualifications (most commonly used with student visas).
What’s new
Maximum hours limits will now continue to apply after the final effective date has ended
. Previously, the validation would not apply once the final effective period concluded. 
This means the maximum hours validation now applies to:
When no effective dates are set
During any active effective date range
New:
 After the final effective date has concluded
The validation will still not apply between effective date ranges
 (for example, during semester breaks).
This helps ensure employee qualifications remain up to date, especially at the end of a semester or year. If validation is being applied when it shouldn’t be, you may need to update the employee’s qualification or add the next set of effective dates.
