POS Integrations: New Look

The POS Integrations
 page has been rebuilt to make connecting your point-of-sale systems simpler and to better match the rest of Tanda.
A new index page lists all your integrations alongside their status, with edit, disconnect, and delete actions in the overview.
Setting up a new integration is now also a guided two-step menu to help ensure the integration is configured correctly. 
Note: This update is rolling out gradually over the next few weeks.
