Payslip Detail Breakdowns

Some accounts will now be able to see a detailed breakdown of where each payslip value came from
, linking them back to the specific shifts or salary that generated them.
This feature is being rolled out gradually to all customers.
Previously, payslip lines only showed the final calculated amount. With this update, you can click the blue page icon to see an itemised view of how it was calculated, making it easier to reconcile totals, understand adjustments, and spot discrepancies.
You’ll also see warnings on shifts if they have been changed in a way that no longer matches the payslip, helping highlight potential issues earlier.
