Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required for all users with access to payroll. If you don’t already have 2FA set up, you’ll be prompted to enable it when accessing payroll.
A 30-minute inactivity screen lock now applies when using payroll.
What does this mean?
These changes help protect sensitive payroll data and align with security best practices. You may notice you’re required to set up 2FA or that your session locks after periods of inactivity.
