Payroll Inactivity Lock Screen

We are beginning to switch the payroll inactivity lock functionality on again. This means that if you are on a payroll page or a user profile page with sensitive data for 30 minutes of inactivity, you will see a locked screen that requires your password to unlock.

This is currently enabled for only some users and will be rolled out to more accounts soon.
