We’ve recently introduced a new set of
payroll checks
to help catch potential errors before payroll is processed. These checks are fully configurable, allowing account admins to tailor validations to their needs.
The first batch of these checks focuses on
shift checks,
ensuring that worked shifts on timesheets meet predefined rules. Admins can configure validations via Timesheet Settings
for common issues such as:- Missing data 📋
- Clashing shifts ⏰
- Shifts worked outside of employment dates 📅
