We have just added new, configurable TOIL expiry notifications, to help users track and manage their TOIL balances effectively.
When configured, notifications will be sent weekly, one period before a TOIL balance is set to expire. The notifications include:
- A notification to the user, prompting them to use their TOIL balance that is about to expire.
- A notification to the manager, informing them of the balance that will need to be paid out if it is not taken before expiry.
To configure these notifications, navigate to
Notifications > Notification Settings > More Notifications
, and select whether you want to receive email notifications, push notifications, or both.
