New: Timestamps for Shift Replacements

We have added timestamps to shift replacement applicants on the mobile app, indicating when an employee volunteered to accept that shift. For example:

Previously, shift replacement applicants were sorted based on wages and scheduled hours, with no timestamp displayed.

Now, when multiple employees volunteer to replace a shift, managers can use these timestamps to approve shift replacements on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, if desired.
