New Roster View: Wider Release

The recent changes to the roster view and layout introduced here will be visible in most accounts by the end of this week.

This includes splitting the roster out from under the Time & Attendance tab, and the new Roster Planning page, as well as moving the majority of the sidebar to the top navigation.
