New Paychecks for contracts

We have introduced two new paychecks that aim to help keep employee employment contracts up to date with changes to their pay conditions. 
We have added: 
 A paycheck that flags if a new
 set of payconditions is missing a contract.
A paycheck that flags if changes to an existing 
 set of pay conditions have been made that are not covered by a contract.
