You can now configure certain form fields as
required
on Job Applications and Expressions of Interest.For example, if you need an applicant’s date of birth to ensure you send a parental consent form to those under 18, you can now make that field mandatory. There are plenty of other use cases too!
Required fields can be configured:
- On an individual job ad’s settings
- In your default settings, so your preferences can be applied automatically
