New Look Roster: Leave, Availability & Unavailability

We're adding Pending
 Availability/Unavailability Requests to the roster view. 
Alongside this, we're making it easier to see at a glance whether a request is Leave, Availability or Unavailability, and whether that request is pending or approved:
Leave
 will be coloured blue
 in the roster.
Availability
 will be coloured green
.
Unavailability
 will be coloured grey
.
Pending requests
 will be striped
.
