Over the next month, we’ll be gradually rolling out an updated Performance Reviews view, which introduces a new UI and enhanced functionality to the feature. Some organisations will already see this change in their accounts.
What’s changing
- More flexible question types:Performance reviews are now on our new model, giving you access to additional question types.
- New template builder interface:You can now view and edit question details directly, without opening a modal.
- Sections:Questions and content are now separated using nameable Sections, rather than different pages.
- Description:The description of the Review Template is now visible in the Templates overview.
- Response Validations:You can now set a minimum or maximum number of words or characters in staff responses. Find this under Advanced Settings.
- AI Performance Review builder:You can now upload your own performance review document, and our AI will create a performance review template in Tanda for you based on this.
- Access Tab:Update visibility settings or reassign the reviewer after assigning the performance review, all in one place.
