Similar to the recent improvements to Performance Reviews, we’ll be rolling out an updated view for Forms and Training, which introduces a new UI and enhanced functionality to the features.
The new version of Forms has now been released to everyone, and will be followed by updates to Training.
What’s changing
- More flexible question types:These modules are now on our new model, giving you access to additional question types.
- New template builder interface:You can now view and edit question details directly, without opening a modal.
- Groups to complete:Choose specific staff that are required to answer the question, allowing more staff to complete the form than just the assignee.
- Sections:Questions and content are now separated using nameable Sections, rather than different pages.
- Description:The descriptions of the Form or Training are now visible in the Templates overview.
- Response Validations:You can now set a minimum or maximum number of words or characters in staff responses.
- AI builder:You can now upload your own document, and our AI will create a template in Tanda for you based on this.
- Access Tab:Update visibility settings or reassign the reviewer after assigning the Form, all in one place.
