New hiring/ rehiring labels

You can now record whether you would hire unsuccessful candidates or rehire terminating employees in the future.

Configure this when entering the employment end date and deactivating the profile.

Configure this when rejecting their application and it will allocate that label to their candidate profile.

You can also nominate whether new applications from candidates who have been marked as 'Never Hire' in the past should be automatically rejected in the Hire settings.
