New Hire Requests (HR)

Managers can now submit a formal hire request 
with Tanda HR when a role needs to be filled, whether as a backfill for an existing employee or a brand new position. The request captures role details, pay range, and any custom questions configured by an admin, and can be linked to an existing job ad or used to create a new one.

Requests are sent to one or more approvers for review. Once approved, the job ad is automatically published
 and the hiring process continues as normal through Tanda Hire.
