New Form Response Report

We have released a new 'Forms Response Report', accessible by navigating to

This report shows you all the answers people submitted on HR forms in one place. Now, instead of clicking through individual form submissions one by one, you can now generate a report that shows everyone's responses in one convenient location.

In the same way that our Survey Report and our Survey Response Report are distinct, so too is the Form Response Report distinct from the existing Forms Report, which shows statistics about form counts and completion rates, but does not contain responses.
