Max Balance and Last Leave Anniversary Controls for Tanda Payroll NZ

We have added new leave balance management options for Tanda Payroll NZ customers. You can now set maximum leave balance caps and manage leave anniversary dates for more accurate accrual calculations.

The maximum balance feature is especially useful for NZ sick leave compliance, where balances are capped at 20 days per year. When employees reach this maximum, they'll only accrue additional leave up to that limit.

You can also now set ‘last leave anniversary’ dates for employees, ensuring accurate accrual calculations when setting up mid-year leave balances.
