Long Service Leave (calculated) for the ACT

The

Long Service Leave (calculated)

feature, previously only introduced for AU Payroll customers in QLD, WA, NSW, VIC and SA, is now also supported for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), based on the Long Service Leave Act 1976.

This automates the following:

Prorated balances between 5-7 years of employment
Available balance of 6.0667 weeks after 7 years of continuous employment
Additional 1/5 months of leave for every completed year thereafter
Handling for periods of non-continuous service
Automatic payment upon termination
Ability to track liability prior to reaching 5 years of employment
Support in the Long Service Leave Liability report

Note that this feature

does not

support Portable LSL. Balances will be calculated using the employment start date set in the user's profile.
