Customers can now enhance rostering efficiency with the ability to lock rosters
by location
.This new functionality prevents unauthorised changes at specific locations while still allowing location managers the flexibility to finalise and adjust their own schedules as needed before locking. Admins can unlock a roster per location should changes need to be made.
How to do it ๐ค
To lock a roster for a specific location or multiple locations, go to a roster and select one or more locations. Then go to
Tools
> Lock visible locations
. A pop up will display asking for confirmation. Once locked, an unlock option cound be found just below.
