Customers can now enhance rostering efficiency with the ability to lock rosters
by location
.
This new functionality prevents unauthorised changes at specific locations while still allowing location managers the flexibility to finalise and adjust their own schedules as needed before locking. Admins can unlock a roster per location should changes need to be made.
How to do it ๐Ÿค”
To lock a roster for a specific location or multiple locations, go to a roster and select one or more locations. Then go to
Tools
>
Lock visible locations
. A pop up will display asking for confirmation. Once locked, an unlock option cound be found just below.
