Our âLeave in daysâ option now supports the varying working arrangements and contracts for staff within your organisation.
For leave types with âLeave in daysâ enabled, Workforce will consider an employee's weekly
contracted days
and weekly contracted hours
to determine their holiday entitlement in days. Managers and employees will see accurate holiday entitlement in days when:
- Creating leave balances
- Requesting leave
- Approving leave
- Viewing the Leave Balance Report
Note:
Accurate calculations are dependent on both the âcontracted weekly hoursâ and âcontracted weekly daysâ information entered on the employee profile. In the absence of this information, Workforce will use the âDefault leave hours per full day of leaveâ (see Leave Settings). Review the complimentary government guidance here.See help guide here.
