Introducing Our SuperAPI Integration
We’ve launched a new integration with SuperAPI, an ATO-integrated digital service provider that simplifies the ‘super choice’ step during employee onboarding 🎉.
Thanks to SuperAPI, you’ll be able to:
- Automate super stapling checks.
- Allow employees to provide their existing super fund details easily.
- Automate the member registration process when employees nominate to join your default super fund.
- Automate the process of retrieving an employee's super details when they don't provide a choice of super fund (via stapling & defaulting).
Using this integration requires you to opt in. To opt-in to the SuperAPI Integration, navigate to
Settings > Superannuation
, then click on SuperAPI Setup. 
From here, enter the following details to configure the integration:
- Nominate your employer default super fund. (Required)
- Confirm your payroll details & authorise SuperAPI to lodge TFN declarations. (Optional)
- Activate super stapling. For more information, please see SuperAPI's Help Guide on activating super stapling. (Optional)
At this point, the SuperAPI integration will be ready to use. You will only need to complete this setup once ✅.
