Improvements to the Nursery Award Managed Template

We have recently made improvements to the Nursery Award Managed Template.

The First Aid Allowance has been improved to now include all purpose allowance functionality.

This aligns the operation of the First Aid Allowance with the terms of clause 18.2 of the Nursery Award. The First Aid Allowance will now be included in the calculation of shift penalties and overtime.
