Improved "+ Add Shift" in Rosters

Going live later today, you'll notice a small change when adding shifts in the roster.
Instead of clicking into a shift cell, then clicking '+ Add Shift' (or clicking in the side bar to add On Calls, Sleepovers, RDOs, Not Rostered, or Leave), a redesigned '+ Add Shift' button will appear when you hover
 over the cell, allowing you to create the shift in one click. 
This new button also includes a dropdown to add one of the aforementioned shift types without having to go to the sidebar.
