HR Training Updates

We’ve released some improvements to Training and how employees can access them in the app.

What’s new

Training ESS:
Training templates now include an
Employee Self Service
tab where you can configure eligible staff.

Self-start training from the mobile app:
A new
+ New Training
button lets employees start eligible ESS training in the app without needing it assigned by a manager first.
Assign training directly from staff profiles:
A new
Assign Training
button under
HR

Train & Qualify
on employee profiles allows managers to quickly assign training to individual employees.
Result filter:
Training logs can now be filtered by Passed, Failed, or N/A, making it easier to identify employees who need reassignment or follow-up training.
