HR File Upload Improvements
We’ve updated the
Notes & Files
upload on the user profile to make it easier to upload and configure multiple files at once. The new two-step upload flow gives you more control over how files are added and configured.
You can now:
- Upload one or more files in a single action and set visibility settings for all files
Then:
- Review and rename each file individually
- Get AI-suggested Document Types based on file content
- Override visibility settings per file if needed
A new split button on the Notes & Files page also separates '+ Add Files' from 'Add Note', keeping the existing note workflow unchanged.
