Historical Leave Liability in the Employee Leave Report

You can now use the Payroll

Employee Leave Report

to find the

Starting and Finishing Leave Liability

for

any

pay periods.

We've added three new columns to this report:

Starting Liability:
[The employee's hourly rate at the start of the selected period] x [the number of hours in the Starting Balance column]
Accrual Rate:
Displays the employee's hourly rate, including if the rate changed during the selected period
Finishing Liability:
[The employee's hourly rate at the end of the selected period] x [the number of hours in the Finishing Balance column]

This is available for payroll customers in AU and NZ.
