Hire: Require Resume or Cover Letter

Resumes and cover letters can now be marked as required
 on a job ad or in the job ad defaults. When required, the application cannot be submitted without it.
Configure this under the General
 tab > Application Form Fields
 in a job's settings.
Applications from SEEK and Indeed are also checked.
